Shipping Times

  • UAE Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the size of your order. Free shipping is available on select orders, subject to promotions and offers.

Order Tracking

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
